Ondine Sauvignon Blanc
- From vineyards as close as 5km to the coast of the Western Cape, vines for this refreshing Sauvignon were cooled by the maritime climate without the need for irrigation. This wine is named after the ballet written by Sir Frederic Ashton for Dame Margot Fonteyn.
- An intensely aromatic wine - with asparagus, freshly cut grass, guava and gooseberries - flavours of citrus with notes of green pepper and a lovely full aftertaste.
- Perfect on its own as an aperitif, or accompanying creamy cheeses and fig preserve.
