This is a delicious less dry champagne than usually found with fine bubbles. It has a lemony clear colour, aromas of apples, pears and peaches and satisfying flavours of fresh fruit. Produced and aged in an exceptional terroir at the heart of the Champagne region.
Try with pork, rich fish like salmon or tuna, vegetarian dishes, chicken or enjoy as an aperitif.
Although it says Brut on the label this is a borderline Demi-Sec champagne offering excellent value - an equal blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Meunier and Pinot Noir.
