Yellow Tail make balanced enjoyable wines. It is not trying to be a blockbuster!
The wine is on the light side however with delicate white fish in a light white creamy sauce this wine excels. Lovely with Cod, Sea Bass, Sole etc.The absence of Oak is appreciated; there is a powerful zing, a clean slash to any oiliness. Just bring me a thick piece of Cod in some buttery creamy Parsley white sauce and a little Lemon juice.
