- Named after owner Jean-Marc Laffitte's daughter - this dry white is truly outstanding.
- Unusually for a dry Pacherenc, Petit Manseng is more dominant than Gros Manseng in this wine, with fermentation and ageing in new oak barrels and regular stirring of the lees adding a slightly creamy texture and oaky aromas in the finish.
- A clear straw colour, this dry white has aromas of pineapple, grapefruit and blossom with a hint of vanilla opening up to tropical stone fruit flavours and lengthy finish.
