- Lindauer Special Reserve Brut Cuvée is bright gold with signature coppery tones. The yeasty and toasty bouquet show excellent maturity from prolonged bottle maturation. The wine is full on the palate with a pleasant, steady mousse and elegant aroma.

A high proportion of Pinot Noir adds weight, flavour and depth of colour, while biscuit, yeast and roasted nut characters are the legacy of extended bottle maturation.
