Fresh, crisp and lively with citrus and green apple characters together with light mineral notes on the long clean finish.
The grapes were sourced from select vineyards near the Pacific Coast in the Aconcagua region, located on hillsides at 100 to 300 m (328-985 ft) above sea level.
Lovely on its own but will pair well with fresh asparagus green salads or shellfish.
