This excellent sparkling wine is from the vineyards surrounding the village of Lugny where the soil is mainly composed of limestone.
A pale golden colour with fine bubbles, the aromas are fresh and full with a hint of hazelnut, butter and almonds, followed by a delightful subtlety and balance to the flavours.
Drink as an aperitif with tapas, or accompanying seafood, poultry or fruit desserts.
