- This wonderful sweet white wine is from the hills of the Montravel appellation - harvesting of the Grey Sauvignon grapes is undertaken when their full maturity is reached and a fungus, the Botrytis Cinerea, is developed - this vintage has been awarded two Gold Medals !
- Light golden and blue colour, with enticing aromas of much matured pear, peach and pineapple, then subtle passionfruit and blackcurrant are added in the deliciously unctuous flavours
- Enjoy chilled in the French manner, at aperitif or dessert - delicious with white meat and white fishes, but may be equally appreciated when served with strong cheese and pâtés
