A Rare Bordeaux Wine Find - What a Treat!

Every now and then we serve up a rarity, something a little special which is just not to be missed. This is definitely the case with the L'Enclos de Ramage 2009 vintage, a stunning Bordeaux wine which we have in stock in a great value magnum bottle. In VERY limited quantities.

From 2009, which is one of the finest recent Bordeaux wine vintages, it is a fantastically flavourful cedary claret. It has notes of exuberant ripe fruit and spices and is aged for a minimum of 12 months in French oak barrels.

In short supply, this vintage was one of particular note, and is now only to be found in small quantities. This is why we are very pleased indeed to be able to offer it to our customers at The Calais Wine Superstore.

Chateau Ramage la Batisse

Chateau Ramage la Batisse have one of the Medoc's greatest terroirs.  Their wines are aged individually and the harvesting is by hand.  Their traditional vinification process is undertaken by Georges Pauli, a talented and renowned Bordeaux winemaker.

Haut-Medoc

Haut-Medoc is the large southern section of the greater Medoc district of Bordeaux in south-western France. It produces more fine wine per acre than almost anywhere else in the world.

This recommendation comes from the top - Our director is a personal fan of this stunning Bordeaux, which is why we urge you to stock up soon if you don't want to miss out, as it won't hang around for long!
