Our Exchange Rate Policy
To avoid paying UK tax on your wine and beer you have to pay for and collect your goods in France. We accept Sterling and Euro cash, sterling cheques and credit cards (which your UK bank converts to sterling when the transaction is processed).
We convert at a rate of €1.23 = £1 for all Sterling purchases.
As we work to a fixed rate it can often be beneficial to pay in sterling, either by cash or cheque.
Don't worry if this sounds confusing. We promise to help and tell you which is the best way to pay on the day.

Prices may fluctuate without notice due to exchange rates and other factors beyond our control.
Eurotunnel offer terms and conditions
The Calais Wine Superstore pay for your ticket at the time of booking your Eurotunnel crossing, if you do not use your Eurotunnel booking or you do not collect your order, we will charge your credit or debit card £54.
Eurotunnel 'conditions of carriage' apply
All Eurotunnel tickets are non-refundable. Eurotunnel's Ticket Terms and Conditions of Carriage. Please note that bookings cannot be made direct with Eurotunnel for this offer.

Club Lounge & Priority cannot be pre-booked, as the bookings are pre-paid by The Calais Wine Superstore. However it can be purchased respectively onboard or at the port.
When you travel Dover - Calais 21:00 - 06:30 and Calais to Dover 23:00 - 0930, our lite nights service means that there are limited on board facilities but we will offer hot food, the onboard bar, bureau de change and Offshore shopping. All other outlets will be closed. Services may be increased. Foot passenger fares may be unavailable on Lite nights.
