Tasting notes

Light to medium-bodied with gentle tannins and packed with warm cherry fruit and light spice. All too easy to glug down!

Production notes

A blend of Grenache Syrah Cinsault Mourvedre and Carignan - the grapes came from 20 year old vines grow in the southern half of the Rhone Valley. Following destemming fermentation took place in stainless steel and epoxy covered concrete tanks over 7 days. Malolactic conversion softened the wine's acidity and three months' in tank mellowed the fruit before it was bottled.
