Tasting notes

Fine initial aromas of white flowers on the nose give way to a fruity citrus fruits, sugared grapefruit and a hint of baked crusty bread. The palate continues the citrus fruit theme and is well rounded, full and richly made with an attractive effervescence and long finish.

Production notes

This vintage is composed of 50% Chardonnay and 50% Pinot Noir exclusively from the juices first pressings. The Chardonnay grapes are mostly from the grands crus of the Côte des Blancs and the Pinot Noir grapes are from the crus of the Montagne de Reims and the Vallée de la Marne. This wine was aged in bottle for five to six years before being released.

Grape mix

50% Chardonnay and 50% Pinot Noir
