Tasting notes

The Chardonnay grapes used here are sourced from vineyards in the Limarí river valley, which is influenced by the cold Pacific currents, resulting in a crisp, fresh and zesty wine with lovely citrus and apple flavours. An excellent Chilean sparkling wine made by Casillero’s talented winemaker, Marcelo Papa.
