Elegant with intensely fruity flavours consisting of fresh strawberries, raspberries and wild cherries. Rounded and supple with great length on the finish. A true wonder!

Production notes

The fruit was destemmed and macerated on the skins for 2-3 days in vats to bleed some of the colour from the grape skins into the juice. The juice was fermented in stainless steel vats at a low temperature and underwent the softening effect of malolactic fermentation before blending and bottling for secondary fermentation. The wine was kept in bottle with its yeast lees for 3 years before riddling and disgorging.
