The nose is lively and beautifully structured followed by fruity flavours of cream brioche and a fruity apple finish.

Production notes

Picking fruit at lower ripeness than some producers creates Pommery\\'s delicate style. Sourcing grapes from the same 35 villages each year ensures consistency of style. Whole bunches were pressed gently then fermented in stainless steel tanks. About 15% of the blend were older wines made in previous vintages and reserved in tank to add complexity to N.V. wines. Pommery\\'s cool cellars gave ideal conditions for extended bottle aging with the lees.
