Yeasty, bready notes on the nose, with creamy zesty fruit on the palate and an intense, balanced finish.
The wine is blended from around 30 base wines, in roughly equal quantities of the three Champagne grapes. Reserve wines make up to 30% of the final blend, and the deep, cool cellars where the wine matured are an important factor in the production of its finesse and fine mousse. After degorgement, the wine receives 5 months' bottle age before release.
