Tasting notes

Full, ripe, tropical notes that are exuberantly presented in the glass, brimming with a generous fruit compote of pineapple, apricot and white peach.

Production notes

The grapes were destemmed and crushed. 100% cold skin contact before fermentation. Other techniques used: carbonic snow. 20 days of fermentation in stainless steel tanks at 15ºC.

Food choice

Either serve alone or with any number of moderately rich or even mildly spiced foods.
