Tasting notes

Pleasingly intense, berry-fruit flavoured rosé made from Bobal grapes, displaying good acidity and evident definition on the finish. The light strawberry notes of Bobal are ideally suited to the rosé wine style as is the characteristic juiciness.

Production notes

Bobal is a red grape produced mainly in Valencia. It is also native of Valencia, where it is produced at it's best.

Food choice

This would be a great match to tapas or paella.
