Tasting notes

Great colour, oceans of friendly ripe fruit and with its silken tannins, a structured, serious side too ... it's taken a while for us to find this pearl red but now we have it's definitely love at first taste

Production notes

The grapes are gently crushed and fermented in stainless steel tanks using temperature control to keep the temperature down, and thus maintain the grapes' natural fruit flavours. No oak was used at any point.

Enjoy this medium-bodied, easy-drinking wine with home-made burgers.
