Lying a few miles from the Pacific Ocean and backed by the Andes, Casablanca Valley produces some great wines. This Sauvignon Blanc blend is an excellent example, with fine aromas of grapefruit, green apples and white peaches. It’s a fresh and delicate white wine, with crisp lime and fresh apple flavours and a very pleasant minerality.
A superb accompaniment to light salads, poultry and seafood dishes.
