Tasting notes

Aromas of ripe papaya peach and dried apricot are followed by a rich sweet palate of honeyed fruit.

Production notes

The grapes are harvested at the end of May and taken to the winery where they are destemmed crushed and placed in stainless steel tanks to undergo fermentation. After fermentation the wine matures in tank for 24 to 30 months.

Food choice

Perfect with rich desserts such as apricot and almond tart.
