Tasting notes

Juicy, sun-packed Australian wine with peach & tropical fruit on the nose. The palate keeps up the exotic theme with refreshing peach & pineapple notes with some crisp lemon acidity on the finish.

Production notes

The grapes are gently crushed and then fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. No oak is used at any point, but lees were stirred every other day.

Food choice

This a popular wine for parties particularly paired with spicy Thai prawns.
