- This is a delicious less dry champagne than usually found with fine bubbles. It has a lemony clear colour, aromas of apples, pears and peaches and satisfying flavours of fresh fruit. Produced and aged in an exceptional terroir at the heart of the Champagne region.
- Try with pork, rich fish like salmon or tuna, vegetarian dishes, chicken or enjoy as an aperitif.
- Although it says Brut on the label this is a borderline Demi-Sec champagne offering excellent value - an equal blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Meunier and Pinot Noir.
